some issues impacted my stay

missing soaploose tap
My stay had some drawbacks. the room lacked bedside lights, so overhead lighting was the only option. windows weren't double glazed. This surprised me, given the busy street. there was nice shampoo, conditioner, and scents from marie-stella-maris. strangely, no soap was available in the shower. the tap was also loose, and only very hot water came out. the place felt barebones.

Great Location and Helpful Staff

I found the central location convenient. It was an easy walk to the main city and train station. The staff allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. They even moved my bags into the room. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed.
The hotel lacks a proper lobby. It is essentially a set of rooms above a restaurant. The staircase is very narrow. This made carrying my luggage quite challenging.

The room was clean, spacious, and provided all essential amenities for a comfortable stay, even including delicious teas and coffee with aesthetic cups, which I found really nice. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

Vouchers are provided daily for complimentary coffee and pastry (it's a very nice treat!) at the cafe across the road. The hotel restaurant looked bustling and delicious. I plan to try it next time I stay here.
